Nazaré, home of the largest wave ever surfed. It's a pretty seaside tourist destination with a large sandy beach, gift shops, restaurants and stunning sunsets. We took the funicular up to the top of the cliff and walked to the lighthouse to view the famous surf break. Lovely place highly recommend a visit.
